TCI real estate market continues to thrive in 2022.

Close followers of the Turks & Caicos Islands real estate market will recall that 2021 was a
record year with total sales topping $765 million. It was as if a post-pandemic floodgate opened
as buyers and investors—especially in the luxury market—poured into the market. The TCI’s legendary
natural beauty, low density, stable infrastructure, safety, and accessibility makes it the ideal
place to escape from a confusing and worrisome world.
Well . . . the 2022 real estate market came in “second best” after history-making 2021. The
sales total was $553 million, well-surpassing the prior record-holding year of 2019 that registered
$337 million in sales volume. This attests to the fact that the strong market is stable and should
continue to perform over time.
