Exhibition catalog: Discourse of War
This exhibition is about the impact of the war on the lives and creative paths of artists in Ukraine and worldwide. We want to show how artists’ attitude to art has changed during this year. How changed the vector of their creativity and attitude to the language of art in connection with these events. War has no nationality or religion. War has an impact on everyone individually and on all of humanity in general. Our goal is to show how artists from different parts of the world perceive war. This is an art discourse between artists and viewers.

About artwork
There is nothing more disgusting than being ignored and overlooked.
After all, from the Russian point of view, it is not only the mutilated and erased Ukrainian
cities along with their inhabitants, it is also Georgia, Syria, Ichkeria, as well as the Soviet
Government and Tsarist Russia with an insatiable thirst for foreign territories.
This is a story about how ignoring the problem leads to the big disgusting reality we
have now. A story about how sometimes you underestimate the scale of the threat and
how this threat turns into a catastrophe that destroys all living things around.
Про роботу
Немає нічого більш огидного ніж ігнорування і непомічання.
Адже руській мір це не лише понівечені й стерті з землі українські міста разом з їх
жителями це також Грузія, Сирія, Ічкерія, а також Радянській Уряд і Царська Росія
з ненаситною жагою чужих територій.
Це історія про те як ігнорування проблеми призводить до великого огидної
реальності яку ми маємо зараз. Історія про те як інколи ти недооцінюєш масштаб
загрози і як ця загроза перетворюється на катастрофу яка знищує усе живе навколо.
Я, як і більшість українців зустріла 24 лютого 4 ранку в ліжку. Для мене це
було потресіння, адже я до останнього не могла повірити у ймовірність такого
сценарію. Маючи змогу евакуюватися єдине чим я могла хоча б на мить втамувати
свій біль - це мистецтво. Починаючи з 24 лютого дуже важко створювати твори
які не стосується війни. Це те що мене бентежить і болить, хоча фізично я не
знаходжуся в Україні. З початку повномасштабного вторгнення я також змінила
манеру висловлювання. Я почала створювати свої роботи в віртуальному просторі,
використовуючи в дебільному сірий колір. Згодом 3Д моделі накладаються на
фотографії понівечених війною споруд. Мені хотілося створити щось зовсім
нове. Висвітлити жах війни по-іншому, не через ілюстрацію чи малюнок, а саме
використовуючи силу новітніх технологій і віртуального виміру який дозволяє
моделювати об’єкти максимально реалістично. Завдяки такий манері створювання
роботи мені вдається максимально передати холодний та потворний дух який
утілює у собі рускій мір і все що з ним зв’язано.
