Exhibition catalog: Discourse of War
This exhibition is about the impact of the war on the lives and creative paths of artists in Ukraine and worldwide. We want to show how artists’ attitude to art has changed during this year. How changed the vector of their creativity and attitude to the language of art in connection with these events. War has no nationality or religion. War has an impact on everyone individually and on all of humanity in general. Our goal is to show how artists from different parts of the world perceive war. This is an art discourse between artists and viewers.

About artwork
This artwork describes the real experience of survival of me and my family in the basement
under the garage in Mariupol, when there was nothing - electricity, water, little
food, no mobile communication, no Internet, no heating, gas, and it was -10 degrees
below zero. Then you didn’t know whether you would survive at all, whether you would
be killed in the basement or when you would try to crawl out of it. Unfortunately, the
experience of being in a basement, but with more humane conditions was repeated in
Kyiv during massive shelling. This is exactly what my artwork is about.
Про роботу
Ця робота описує реальний досвід виживання мене та моєї родини у підвалі під
гаражем у місті Маріуполі, коли не було нічого – світла, води, мало їжі, мобільного
зв’язку, інтернету, опалення, газу та було -10 градусів морозу. Тоді ти не знав, чи
виживеш взагалі, чи вб’є в підвалі чи коли спробуєш випозти з нього. Нажаль,
досвід перебування у підвалі при більш людяних умовах повторився у мене у Києві
при масованих обстрілах. Саме про це моя робота.
Художниця, яка працює у змішаній техніці, пишу картини олією, акварельними
фарбами, роблю картини з пластикових кришечок.
Зараз моє мистецтво включає в себе картини, опубліковані єссе-спогади та вірші,
присвячені власним роздумам після досвіду виживання у блокадному Маріуполі
у 2022 році, війни в Україні та боротьбі нашого героїчного українського народу у
нерівній війні з росією, щоб донести до світового суспільства справжню правдиву
історію про російське вторгнення та військові злочини по відношенню до українців.
Приймаю активну участь у благодійних арт-проектах.
