The art of wine starts with the interaction of farming and culture – it’s in the very name: viticulture.<br />
This is the ancient practice of working with the vine and learning how best to capture the gifts<br />
of its grapes.<br />
Then the art of wine is elaborated and expressed through the craft of winemaking, another<br />
celebrated human pursuit that goes back thousands of years but is still alive with expression<br />
and development. Join us as we explore the art of wine in three tastings – the ‘Art of the Vine’,<br />
the ‘Art of the Blend’ and ‘Wine and the Senses’.<br />
Each session will be a pleasurable surprise and take you home really thinking about wine.<br />
