Rosemarie Saunders
Firstly, the burgeoning culinary home industry has brought to the fore many
talented and creative foodies who more than deserve recognition on the
FynArts programme.
Secondly, many festival goers have asked for culinary workshops to be
included on the programme. We have heeded your requests and now
offer you the 2023 Culinary Series of Demonstrations and Workshops.
Details of the Culinary Workshops can be found under the Workshops section
of this booklet on pages 30 – 39.
Venue: United Church Hall
Tickets: R220 | R200 (early bird)
Rosemarie has been known as
the BBC cook: Butter, Booze and
Cream. ‘Nothing wrong with these
ingredients,’ she says. ‘In moderation’
– as you will see during her
demonstration.
Her style of cooking is to eat first
by sight, then by taste. Presentation
and plate appeal are paramount.
Aroma and taste follow to satisfy
the taste buds.
No shortcuts and always quality fresh
ingredients.
