their creativity studies, and feel superior.

of Einstein on our walls, his tongue
stuck out iconoclastically. We consume
indie music and films, and generate our
own online content. We “think different”
(even if we got the idea from
Apple Computer’s famous ad
campaign).
But the way we organize many of our
most important institutions—our
schools and our workplaces—tells a
