EGA and NAFIS Join Hands to Boost Emiratisation in Private Sector
Emirates Global Aluminium
(EGA), one of the world’s
largest ‘premium aluminium’
producers, has signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness
Council (NAFIS) to share best practices
in Emiratisation with the private sector.
The agreement will facilitate the
exchange of expertise and knowledge
to help promote the recruitment and
development of Emirati talent in the
private sector. Through this partnership,
EGA aims to support the UAE’s goal of
increasing the participation of Emiratis
in the private sector workforce and
to enhance its own reputation as a
responsible and sustainable employer
in the country.
Airobotics Partners with
SkyGo to Bring Autonomous
Drones to Abu Dhabi
Ondas Holdings’ Airobotics has
announced a joint venture
with SkyGo, a UAE-based
drone service provider, to
deploy autonomous drones in Abu
Dhabi. As part of the deal, SkyGo has
placed a $3.5M order for Airobotics’
drones, which will be integrated with
SkyGo’s drone-in-a-box infrastructure.
The partnership aims to enhance the
capabilities of Abu Dhabi’s emergency
services, such as search and rescue, by
providing real-time aerial surveillance
and data analysis. The collaboration also
marks Airobotics’ entry into the UAE
market, reflecting the growing demand
for autonomous drone technology in
the region.
