What a great system.<br />

You fill out the forms.<br />
The lady-<br />
In between<br />
The Sound of Music<br />
Is on TV<br />
"Favorite Things"<br />
The lady, the one who didn't smile at you<br />
Even though you made your appointment on time<br />
If not early,<br />
Smiled at you<br />
When she asked<br />
You<br />
If it was too loud.<br />
"Turn it up," you say,<br />
And she does<br />
As she hummed away<br />
To go back<br />
To sit behind her desk,<br />
"Next!"<br />
She makes the children play-clothes out of the drapes
