Juria Sabdani Ajijul was born and raised in the city of Zamboanga
in the Philippines during the late 1980s. From an early age, Juria
developed an appreciation for the natural beauty of the world,
particularly the tropical islands of the Philippines, with their
diverse forms and bright hues. Although Juria enjoyed creating artwork
in her growing years, she never thought that her childhood dream of
becoming an artist would come true.
As someone who values humanitarian welfare and aims to give back
to society, Juria decided to pursue a career in healthcare. She earned
a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2011 and also trained to become an
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), where she gained extensive
knowledge in prehospital emergency care. Her first experience of
resuscitating a patient was a life-changing event
for her, as it rekindled her compassion and
passion to make a difference in people’s
lives.

In her free time, Juria uses her gifted
hands to create artwork. Her passion for
art has been with her since childhood
and continues to be an important part of
her life. Her diverse interests and skills
in both healthcare and the arts showcase
her versatility, creativity, and dedication
to making a difference in the world.
Juria’s journey is an inspiring one, as it
highlights the importance of pursuing
one’s passions and using them to make a
positive impact in society.
