Construction Of Secondary Roads<br />
The infrastructure partner is expected to<br />
provide, lay and compact asphaltic<br />
wearing course with 44mm carriage way<br />
for all secondary roads within the<br />
development. The secondary roads will<br />
provide access from the main<br />
expressway to the development.<br />
Water Reticulation<br />
The infrastructure partner is expected to<br />
construct and provide all systems and<br />
accessories required for water<br />
reticulation considering specific uses<br />
around the development. It I expected<br />
that the development will generate and<br />
distribute water for use by all residents,<br />
without reliance on external supply.<br />
Provision Of Drainage<br />
FIDC is expected to construct full concrete<br />
lined drains as detailed in the project design<br />
drawings. These drains are to be constructed<br />
in consonance with primary and secondary<br />
roads for the development.<br />
Pr ovi sion Of Pow er Supply<br />
(Electrification)<br />
The power system for the development is<br />
to be provided to ensure a stable power<br />
supply for the development. Specific<br />
deliverables include injection station,<br />
power station, step-down transformer,<br />
HT panel cables, connections to<br />
individual plots, street lighting, etc.<br />
Construction of perimeter wall and gate<br />
house<br />
The community will be gated with access<br />
management and CCTV cameras<br />
installed. Block walls will also be<br />
constructed around the development to<br />
ensure the safety of all residents and<br />
visitors.<br />
Facility management<br />
FIDC will be providing facility<br />
management services to support<br />
development upon completion.<br />
This will ensure that the GRA maintains<br />
prime value and residents can be rest<br />
assured that continuous support will be<br />
provided for the functionality, safety and<br />
sustainability of all buildings, grounds,<br />
infrastructure and entire community.<br />
Being the infrastructure partner on the<br />
project, FIDC has the expertise and capacity<br />
to deliver infrastructure works for the<br />
Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA project<br />
leveraging on previous experiences<br />
demonstrated on other projects. FIDC is<br />
committed to delivering the project in line<br />
with the expectations of the government,<br />
the potential residents of the GRA and for<br />
the good people of Oyo state.
