Construction Of Secondary Roads
The infrastructure partner is expected to
provide, lay and compact asphaltic
wearing course with 44mm carriage way
for all secondary roads within the
development. The secondary roads will
provide access from the main
expressway to the development.
Water Reticulation
The infrastructure partner is expected to
construct and provide all systems and
accessories required for water
reticulation considering specific uses
around the development. It I expected
that the development will generate and
distribute water for use by all residents,
without reliance on external supply.
Provision Of Drainage
FIDC is expected to construct full concrete
lined drains as detailed in the project design
drawings. These drains are to be constructed
in consonance with primary and secondary
roads for the development.
Pr ovi sion Of Pow er Supply
(Electrification)
The power system for the development is
to be provided to ensure a stable power
supply for the development. Specific
deliverables include injection station,
power station, step-down transformer,
HT panel cables, connections to
individual plots, street lighting, etc.
Construction of perimeter wall and gate
house
The community will be gated with access
management and CCTV cameras
installed. Block walls will also be
constructed around the development to
ensure the safety of all residents and
visitors.
Facility management
FIDC will be providing facility
management services to support
development upon completion.
This will ensure that the GRA maintains
prime value and residents can be rest
assured that continuous support will be
provided for the functionality, safety and
sustainability of all buildings, grounds,
infrastructure and entire community.
Being the infrastructure partner on the
project, FIDC has the expertise and capacity
to deliver infrastructure works for the
Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA project
leveraging on previous experiences
demonstrated on other projects. FIDC is
committed to delivering the project in line
with the expectations of the government,
the potential residents of the GRA and for
the good people of Oyo state.
