INFRASTRUCTURE DELIVERY PROJECT<br />
The Engr. Lere Adigun Government<br />
Residential Area (G ) i _ <br />
a medium-density<br />
GRA project that was m1t1ated and executed<br />
by the administration of His Excellency, Governor<br />
Seyi Makinde under a new Government-Private<br />
sector partnership program - The innovative<br />
"LandSwap & Infrastructure Partnership Model".<br />
This model is a collaborative approach that<br />
maximizes value for The Oyo State Government on a<br />
fastrack completion basis for the purpose of<br />
precipitating IGR growth, activating dead capital<br />
assets in Oyo State, increasing housing availability<br />
for various classes of the population and<br />
catalyzing economic expansion. This is in tandem<br />
with the OMI-TUNTUN 1.0 accelerated development<br />
goals of this administration.<br />
The Engr. Lere Adigun GRA was executed by the Oyo<br />
State Government and a Private Sector-Led Infrastructure<br />
Partner. The Ministry of Lands, Housing &<br />
Urban Planning (as The Project Owner) represented<br />
the Oyo State Government while Allianz-WA<br />
Offshore Nigeria Limited (as The Infrastructure<br />
Partner) represented the Private Sector. The Project<br />
Owner contributed the Land Parcel (20.5 Hectares in<br />
this case) and facilitates all required governmental<br />
and regulatory deliverables (Oversight, Allocation<br />
Letters, Certificate of Occupancies, etc) while The<br />
Infrastructure Partner provides 100% funding and<br />
execution of the full infrastructure emplacement and<br />
longterm facilities management of the GRA. The final<br />
product (fully serviced plots) is now split according to<br />
the valued contribution of each partner so as to<br />
recoupcapital investments via sales to members of<br />
the public.<br />
The Engr. Lere Adigun GRA is the Pilot Program for<br />
testing the LandSwap Model using existing<br />
governmental structures & processes. The Model will<br />
be continuously improved to ensure ever-increasing<br />
and maximum benefits for the people of Oyo State.<br />
The following infrastructure is provided.<br />
