THE ENGR. LERE ADIGUN G.R.A INFRASTRUCTURE DELIVERY PROJECT The Engr. Lere Adigun Government Residential Area (G ) i _ a medium-density GRA project that was m1t1ated and executed by the administration of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde under a new Government-Private sector partnership program - The innovative "LandSwap & Infrastructure Partnership Model". This model is a collaborative approach that maximizes value for The Oyo State Government on a fastrack completion basis for the purpose of precipitating IGR growth, activating dead capital assets in Oyo State, increasing housing availability for various classes of the population and catalyzing economic expansion. This is in tandem with the OMI-TUNTUN 1.0 accelerated development goals of this administration. The Engr. Lere Adigun GRA was executed by the Oyo State Government and a Private Sector-Led Infrastructure Partner. The Ministry of Lands, Housing & Urban Planning (as The Project Owner) represented the Oyo State Government while Allianz-WA Offshore Nigeria Limited (as The Infrastructure Partner) represented the Private Sector. The Project Owner contributed the Land Parcel (20.5 Hectares in this case) and facilitates all required governmental and regulatory deliverables (Oversight, Allocation Letters, Certificate of Occupancies, etc) while The Infrastructure Partner provides 100% funding and execution of the full infrastructure emplacement and longterm facilities management of the GRA. The final product (fully serviced plots) is now split according to the valued contribution of each partner so as to recoupcapital investments via sales to members of the public. The Engr. Lere Adigun GRA is the Pilot Program for testing the LandSwap Model using existing governmental structures & processes. The Model will be continuously improved to ensure ever-increasing and maximum benefits for the people of Oyo State. The following infrastructure is provided. • About One hundred and forty (140) Serviced • Plots Maximum future occupation enablement for 200 upper middle class houses
