The Public Works Capital Budget performance to date in Oyo State shows a total spend of about N 1 billion January 2019 - December
2022 and another N 45 billion appropriated for 2023 capital projects impacting infrastructure development domiciled in the Ministry
of Public works & Transport across the state surpassing and doubling the total comparative spend of N 61.96 billion by the previous
administration in 8 years (2011 – 2018), as illustrated in Table A following, also illustrated in ire 2
