the buka puasa buffet at <strong>The</strong> Palm Coffee House in <strong>Tropicana</strong><br />
Golf & Country Resort, which offers a vast selection of dishes<br />
and beverages to please even the most discerning palates.<br />

Among the top favourites are Roasted Whole Lamb, Gulai<br />
Kawah (beef cooked in curry-based gravy in a large wok), Ox<br />
Bone Soup, Stir-fried Vegetables prepared on the spot as you<br />
order, Apam Balik (peanut pancake), Teh Tarik (frothy milk<br />
tea) and many more.<br />
This year, expect some new mouthwatering treats such as<br />
Kulit Lembu Masak Lemak Cili Padi (soft inner skin of a cow<br />
cooked in a hearty coconut gravy enhanced with bird’s eye<br />
chillies), and Tandoori Chicken cooked over charcoal fire in<br />
a clay oven, which gives the chicken a smokey flavour and<br />
keeps it juicy.
