and fresh hazelnuts.

This soft cheese is washed in Somerset cider

brandy, and wrapped in vine leaves.

When young, the cheese is curdy and lactic,

once fully ripened, the cheese is soft and full of

flavours of beef stock, roast onions and peanuts.
