6 O’Clock Tom Collins<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 50ml 6 O’Clock<br />

London Dry Gin<br />

• 25ml Lemon Juice<br />

• 25ml Sugar Syrup<br />

• Soda Water<br />

• 1 Lemon Wedge<br />

• 1 Sprig of Mint<br />

Method<br />

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar<br />

syrup to a tall glass filled with ice and<br />

stir until cold. Top with soda water and<br />

garnish with the wedge of lemon and<br />

the sprig of mint.<br />

Cornish G&T<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 50ml Wrecking Coast Clotted<br />

Cream Gin<br />

• 100ml Navas Premium Tonic<br />

• 1 Fresh Strawberry<br />

Method<br />

Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour over<br />

the Wrecking Coast Clotted Cream Gin.<br />

Top up with the Navas Premium Tonic<br />

and garnish with a fresh strawberry<br />

sliced in half.<br />

Conker Café Spritz<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 25ml Conker Cold Brew<br />

• 200ml Tonic Water<br />

• 1 Slice of Orange Peel<br />

Method<br />

Add the tonic water to a wine glass full<br />

of ice, then pour over the Conker Cold<br />

Brew and then garnish with a slice of<br />

orange peel.<br />
