Salcombe Marmajito<br />
Ingredients<br />
• 50ml Salcombe Gin<br />
‘Start Point’<br />
• 2tsp Blood Orange Marmalade<br />
• 10ml Lemon Juice<br />
• Elderflower Tonic<br />
• 10 Mint Leaves<br />
• 1 Sprig of Mint<br />
• 1 Slice of Blood Orange<br />
Method<br />
Place the gin, blood orange<br />
marmalade, lemon juice and mint<br />
leaves into a cocktail shaker filled with<br />
ice. Shake for 10 seconds and double<br />
strain into a highball tumbler filled<br />
with ice. Top with elderflower tonic and<br />
garnish with the sprig of mint and slice<br />
of blood orange.<br />
Tarquin’s Rhubarb & Elderflower Fizz<br />
Ingredients<br />
• 50ml Tarquin’s Rhubarb<br />
& Raspberry Gin<br />
• 12.5ml Elderflower Cordial<br />
• 125ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale<br />
• Fresh Raspberries<br />
• 1 Sprig of Mint<br />
Method<br />
Build over ice in a balloon glass and<br />
garnish with the fresh raspberries and<br />
sprig of mint.<br />
