Walt Riesling, another new addition to our range for <strong>2023</strong>,<br />
is an off-dry, medium-bodied, superbly balanced wine from<br />
the key wine region Pfalz in Germany. We have brought<br />
this wine on board due to its versatility with a vast array of<br />
foods. Today we are pairing it with a pan-fried Asian-style<br />
seabass, which packs a punch of ginger, garlic, chillies, soy<br />
and lots of other hot and tasty spices. Our Riesling should<br />
be uncorked, waiting not only to make this dish sing but help<br />
damp down the fires it will create on the palate.<br />
