Víctor Mabet is a Spanish self-taught
hyper-realistic artist. He started
drawing in 2019. His portraits are done
with graphite and charcoal on paper.

Victor always pursued to convey onto paper
what a camera would capture.
“It’s mind-blowing the results you can achieve
by simply creating some patches with charcoal
and adding details with pencils,” says Victor.
Victor’s passion for drawing has accompanied
him since he was a child. It was not until 2019
that Victor’s interest in drawing portraits arose.
“At present, I’m seeking to fine-tune my
technique,” says Victor.
The key element in his artworks is getting
a gaze that connects with and transmits to
the beholder without giving up on blurs and
textures, which all in all breathe life into a portrait.
