well as knowledge of what ingredients to
purchase and pair up,” Thiessen said.
In addition to being tasty, charcuterie
boards have the ability to be stunning but
also casual. They are as flexible and individual
and the occasion warrants.
“Charcuterie boards are so great because
you are only limited by your creativity,”
Thiessen said. “There’s also a big ‘wow’
factor from your guests, it’s something
