COUNT 62<br />
On or about February 24, 2000, in the County <strong>of</strong> Los Angeles, <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cal</strong>ifornia,<br />
defendant, Enrique Valer, committed the crime <strong>of</strong> MONEY LAUNDERING, in that said<br />
defendant did willfully conduct and attempt to conduct, and aid and abet in conducting, a<br />
transaction involving a monetary instrument or instruments through a financial institution with<br />
the intent to promote, manage establish, carry on, and facilitate the promotion, management,<br />
establishment and carrying on <strong>of</strong> criminal activity, to wit, Grand Theft, Health Care Fraud, and<br />
Unlawful Remuneration, with the knowledge that the monetary instruments, to wit, <strong>Denti</strong>-<strong>Cal</strong><br />
Warrant Number 3323647, represents, or is derived directly or indirectly, from the proceeds <strong>of</strong> a<br />
criminal activity in violation <strong>of</strong> Penal Code §186.10(a), a FELONY.<br />
COUNT 63<br />
On or about March 16, 2000, in the County <strong>of</strong> Los Angeles, <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cal</strong>ifornia,<br />
defendant, Enrique Valer, committed the crime <strong>of</strong> MONEY LAUNDERING, in that said<br />
defendant did willfully conduct and attempt to conduct, and aid and abet in conducting, a<br />
transaction involving a monetary instrument or instruments through a financial institution with<br />
the intent to promote, manage establish, carry on, and facilitate the promotion, management,<br />
