The aluminium frame windows from leading brands, such as Technal (or s.q.s), offer great energy efficiency by minimizing thermal transmission. It will incorporate high quality 

fittings, subjected to high performance cycles, with stainless steel screws. It will have watertight MDPE connectors or double plush, which resist the penetration of wind and provide 

water tightness. 

The glass will be supplied by top manufacturers such as Saint Gobain (or s.q.s) and will incorporate UV filters to prevent solar radiation, double glazing and a cavity filled with 

dehydrated air.

The new Palo Alto homes will improve the user experience through new control interfaces achieveing what you want in a simple and intuitive way, allowing the user to 

forget about routine tasks and focus on the important ones. 

A warm lighting design and its control, makes possible to generate the most appropriate scenes to use the area. Activating one of these environments from a button on an 

elegant wall keypad, becomes a simple and pleasant task, thanks to its soft touch and its backlit engravings with the symbol of the scene. In the bathrooms, walking will be 

enough to activate the light and receive a welcome light without pressing any button when entering or leaving. 

With a specific display choosing the right temperature is as easy as selecting it. The automatic system will organize everything. Programming the heating of the bathroom, 

for example, one hour before taking a shower, will ensure the expected comfort at the desired time. The lighting control mechanisms will be provided by top brands such as 

Niessen (or s.q.s) and the lighting is through LED with dimmers and RGB controllers in strategic positions. 

Thanks to the Lutron Cloud app (or s.q.s), the house can be remotely controlled from outside. Adjusting the temperature or checking the status of curtains and lights is easy 

and effective thanks to the app.

KNX technology or the Lutron system provides control of lights and temperature from elegant 

and simple displays which adds extra comfort and provides a valuable experience. 

Integrated motion sensors in the bathrooms allow for elegant access and the right level of

General Security 

Granados will have video surveillance cameras and image recording in common areas for greater security control. In this 

application the circuit will consist, apart from cameras and monitors, of an IP-based video storage device. 

To capture moving images the perimeter sensor combines infrared and microwave detection technologies, which make these 

detectors highly reliable elements that significantly reduce false alarms. The protection of people, goods and assets that 

remain in the facilities or in the surroundings are of vital importance and the anti-intrusion systems guarantee the security of 

its perimeter, through prevention, detection, evaluation and effective response to situations of risk.
