Marquetry Design is an artistic craft workshop that cherishes and practices traditional craft skills of marquetry. Our intention is to refine and promote the aesthetics of modern living through the production of furniture and interior marquetry technique. The primary goal of my practicing marquetry technique is an attempt to promote and affirm the almost forgotten beauty of this artistic craft. Offered a broad spectrum of natural textures and colors of precious and rare species of veneer, ecological process of making marquetry applications and of course, the beauty of traditional handicraft manufacturing-techniques.

A BRIEF TIMELINE
2014
participation at the Muscat International Exhibition for Arts, Heritage and
Creativity 2014, Sultanate of Oman.
2015
at the invitation of the International Society for the study of history of
medicine making motives of the Dutch surgeon from the XVI century,
Andrea Vesalius, for the front page of their magazine Vesalius.
2016
master class in marquetry technique, Kyrgyzstan, ethno village Almaluu,
Lake Issyk Kul and Bishkek, at the invitation Gapar Aitiev Kyrgyz National
Museum of Fine Arts..
2019
participation in the First International Festival in Kokand, Fergana
Region, Uzbekistan, together with over 1000 artisans from all regions of
Uzbekistan, and 300 artisans from 78 countries of the world.
2020
Making a marquetry motif with a national theme for the Protocol Service
of the Ministry of European Integration.
2020/2021/2022
winner of the 2020/2021/2022 Veneer Tech Craftsman’s Challenge
in the Specialty Products category.
2022
Listed and presented on the platform of the Homo Faber Michelangelo Foundation,
