Samples Policy

We are happy to send samples to you! Generally speaking, shipping via USPS is the most economical option. Please

provide a ship to address and a shipper’s number (if you prefer via FedEx or UPS).

Pricing Notes

All prices are for the gift located in Puerto Rico, not including sales tax of 11.5%. Pricing is subject to change without

notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or

more items may be mispriced, or may change over the timespan between proposal and confirmation. In the event a

product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing

information received from our suppliers, Caribbean Trading Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders

placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

Caribbean Trading Company is pleased to offer a cancellation/rescheduling policy. Cancellations must be received fortyfive

(45) days prior to the date of the event. Cancellations due to War, Government regulations, disasters, strikes, or

civil disorders making it illegal or impossible to provide the services, or hold the event will not be subject to cancellation

penalties. Any other reason for cancellations not previously described, are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee. The

charges will be as follows: for the transport of merchandise back to the warehouse, restocking, and the shipping and

handling costs of returned merchandise, a fee that is 30% of the total invoice will be levied. Custom and Local Artisan

orders and items with custom logos cannot be returned. These agreements above can only be canceled by Caribbean

Trading Company or Buyer forty-five (45) days prior to delivery.

Payment Notes

Caribbean Trading Company shall deliver to Buyer the goods indicated on the invoice as requested by the Buyer. Buyer

agrees to make payments by any of the following: Money order, check, wire transfer, PayPal, or credit cards. There is a

4% Expedited Payment fee to run credit cards through our retail division. For PayPal: If payment comes from the US the

charge is 2.9% plus a .30 transaction fee. If the payment comes from International, the charge is 3.9% with a .30

transaction fee. An 80% deposit is due upon invoice, and final balance due upon delivery.
