Days 1-3: Fly from Ireland to Miami and Stay 3 Nights at The Kimpton
Surfcomber Hotel. visit the trendy Art Deco district of South Beach,
the super-upscale neighbourhoods of Coconut Grove and Coral
Gables and the unique ecosystem of the Everglades, travelling in
Florida isn’t complete without stopping at Everglades National
Park—a swampland just outside Miami, where visitors can see
alligators.
Day 4: Embark the completely refurbished Norwegian Sky just after
noon. Later in the day, just before sailing begins, you will experience
the Muster Drill. This is a mandatory safety drill that all passengers
must attend. You will be given plenty of information about the drill
on board, and the ship's employees will be there to guide you every
step of the way.
Day 5: Water lover? We got you. Sun worshipper? There’s plenty of
it. Whether you’re looking to kick up some sand or kick back and
relax, Grand Bahama Island has it all. Paddle your way in a kayak
through a protected mangrove forest. Or go for a snorkel beneath
the sea and discover tropical fish of every colour. When you’re ready
to come up for air, soak up the local flavour at one of the many cafés
or shops.
Day 6: From the waterfront to the end of Bay Street, you'll find some
of the best duty-free shopping and a charming mix of architecture,
both old and new. But there's plenty to do besides shopping - swim
with the dolphins, try your luck in a casino or snorkel with colourful
fish. Explore all the activities you can enjoy in Nassau.
Day 7: The fun is endless here. Grab a bite at the new 8,500- square
foot beach buffet or simply relax in your private beachfront cabana.
This tropical paradise is just for you. Located just a short 10-minute
scenic boat ride from Great Stirrup Cay, are the Swimming Pigs of
Treasure Island. This unique and popular experience is offered as a
shore excursion that includes round-trip transportation to the island
and interaction with these playful swimming pigs. Not to be missed!
Day 8: Disembark Norwegian Sky at Miami Port and make your way
to the airport to fly to Ireland.
