Thisnotedealswithsomeofthecoreissuesandquestionsondataandinformation,
whichwilbenefittheUIDP-2Program designandthetechnicalassessmentofthe
designofthecomingPforR–UIDP-2.DataonULGfinanceiscriticaltodesignthe
sizeofthegrants,theco-fundinglevelsandmultipleotherparameters.Altheexcel
tablesneedtobefiledtoenabledataanalysisandcomparisons.Thisnoteisa
guidancenoteonhowtheexcelsheetsshouldbefiled.IthasanumberofULGsin
thetables(215)undereachregion,butsomeoftheseareincludedforanalytical
workandnotalwilbeincludedinthefutureUIDP-2program.Pleasefilforalthe
curentlycoveredUIDPULGsandasmanyaspossiblefortheso-calednewUIDP-I

theAandB,andasmanyaspossibleforgroupC.

Thedatawilbegeneratedfrom twosources:
1)Generaldata-basesintheMoUI/PCU/Regionaladministrations/ULGs(IBEXetc)–
thiswilbesubmitedbytheRMTsandtheFMT,and
2)Supplementedbyfieldworkin5old(ULGDP I),5newUIDPULGs and10new
UIDP-2ULGs(note,especialythevisitstothe10newUIDP-IULGsmayberequired
togetsuficientdata).However,beforethesefieldmissions,whichwilbestafedby

2consultants,itisimportantoftheregionalmobileteamscangetasmuchofthe
quantitativedatabeforehandandsendthesecompiledandconsolidatedtotheteam
above.
Theexcelsheetsareenclosedandcover10simpletablesorsub-sheets.Belowisa
