APPRENTICESHIPS & PRE-APPRENTICESHIPS<br />
Apprenticeships are employer-driven models of paid training that combine on-the-job learning<br />
and classroom instruction and follow an earn-while-you-learn model, that leads to a national<br />
credential.<br />
Pre-apprenticeships are short-term learning experiences that prepare individuals to enter into<br />
