2 INTRODUCTION
<strong>Study</strong> <strong>of</strong> Wonders is the title <strong>of</strong> my ready-to-wear collection,<br />
inspired <strong>by</strong> the nocturnal cre<strong>at</strong>ures <strong>of</strong> the ocean.<br />
The project is set <strong>at</strong> dusk, when everything takes on the<br />
color <strong>of</strong> sundown. The ocean, the sky and even the wind<br />
change to conform to night time. In a more romantic sense,<br />
the project encourages you to accept peace in the darkest<br />
moments.<br />
I shine a light on the part <strong>of</strong> n<strong>at</strong>ure th<strong>at</strong> thrives in the deep<br />
such as jellyfishes and planktons. These are animals th<strong>at</strong><br />
have mastered cre<strong>at</strong>ing their own light in an environment<br />
th<strong>at</strong> is as black as space.<br />
The project is visual and physical re<strong>present<strong>at</strong>ion</strong> <strong>of</strong> finding<br />
light in the darkest places. The designs are filled with prints<br />
and curves th<strong>at</strong> mimic the fauna and flora around us.
