BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS<br />

Built in 1995, the property is improved with two single-story office/retail<br />

buildings which combined are comprised of 30,210 (+/-) square feet on 3.76<br />

acres. The lower building (Building 1) offers 12,000 (+/-) square feet and the<br />

upper building (Building 2) offers 18,000 (+/-) square feet. All of Building 1 is<br />

leased by Angel's Light as well as 12,000 (+/-) square feet of Building 2. 6,000<br />

(+/-) square feet of Building 2 is available for lease. Angel's Light is currently<br />
