Regulations 2021.<br />
In Scotland, new regulations regarding the<br />
supply of category F2 and F3 fireworks came<br />
into force on 30 June 2021. Subsequently, F2 and<br />
F3 fireworks may only be supplied to the public<br />
within the permitted hours of between 7am<br />
and 6pm. The maximum quantity of F2 and F3<br />
fireworks that can be supplied in one sale is £200.<br />
This sale can include a maximum of 40 packs of<br />
sparklers. F2 and F3 fireworks can be used by the<br />
general public between 6pm and 11pm, with the<br />
exception of 5 November (when they can be used<br />
from 6pm until midnight), New Year’s Eve, the<br />
night of Chinese New Year and the night of Diwali<br />
(when they can be used from 6pm until 1am).<br />
