SELF-SUPPORTING PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION OF ROAD LIGHT
Introduction Scientists are trying to alleviate the tragic consequences of climate change, growing
energy-hunger and growing food shortages by development and introducing new, environmentally
friendly technologies and optimizing or integrating existing systems. This is especially true in the field
of energy production-and use. Much of the Earth’s vast renewable energy potential is still untapped
today. According to UN experts, the population of our planet could approach 9.3 billion in the next four
decades, by the middle of the century. In the second half of the century, the rate of population growth
will continue to slow, yet the population of the Earth will presumably exceed 10 billion by 2100.
This means a growing demand for energy. To meet this, renewable energy sources will play an
important role, which will also play an increasingly important role in creating an increased demand for
food in proportion to the growing population.
The World has the following key aspects in mind to meet the dramatically increasing energy
demand:
• security of supply
• liberalization and integration of the European energy market
• increasing the share of renewable energy sources
• encouraging energy efficiency and savings.
• mainstreaming climate and environmental considerations in
smart energy supply
In addition to energy shortages, global food supply disruptions and anomalies are expected:
• Rising food prices due to high energy prices;
• Growing income disparities;
• Export production instead of meeting local needs;
• New trends, e.g. the spread of biofuels is causing serious disruption if the necessary energy
crops are produced at the expense of conventional arable crop production;
• Consequences of climate change: water scarcity, desertification, erosion, a decrease in the
proportion of arable land and an increase in the risk of production
As a first step, the European Union has committed itself to reducing projected energy consumption by
20% by 2020. The world's population doubled between 1961 and 2010, a leap that agricultural
production has been able to keep pace with. However, climate change is a major source of uncertainty in
ensuring the continuity of agricultural production.
The ongoing Energy-Farm System will solve these problems. In addition to climate and environmental
considerations, it ensures a sustainable, financially fast and secure green energy supply. As a by-product,
it produces a bioenergy carrier and feed material. It integrates agricultural and self-produced main and
by-products into agricultural activity. It enables energy management in a production environment.

The drive to achieve this created the Product Areas Food Production Integration Cluster. "Product

the "Grand Duchess of Norway" received an international invitation to oversee the IPCC VAHAVA
program mandated by the UN ICCP (UN Climate Commission) in the 10 countries of the Carpathian
Basin, HAVÁRIA program for the development and monitoring of 10 countries of the Balkan and
Carpathian Basin, The international tasks of the Product Areas Cluster: to prepare for the negative
effects of Climate Change and to prevent the accompanying Havaria problems.
Helping to innovate renewable and CO2-neutral energy sources, to create a favorable environment for
food production,
Agricultural and industrial developments under the EFS system, the Danube River Basin District, the
Drava-Sava River Basin District in Croatia, the Tisza River Basin District in Ukraine _ A LIFE
strategic plan has been developed for the development of the catchment area of Slovakia and the
Mureş River in Romania, which is connected to the DKMT EUREGIÓ in the field of technology
through the EU Green City of Subotica in Serbia. These basic facts led to the establishment of a
cross-border cooperation.
The Product Areas Cluster Organization, prepared by the EFS system expert team - DKMT
EUROREGION analyzed the adaptation of agriculture to the changing market and climate change
(Osijek-Subotica-Tompa Green City) after 24 years by implementing energy and food production in a
circular economy with the EFS system. That is, what development steps are needed for this region to
survive the difficulties of impending climate change. This means giving a concept for the reconstruction
of the region through emergency planning, environmental assessment, sustainable water management
and responding to the International Climate Change Strategy program in the Balkans and the ten
countries of the Carpathian Basin. "Possible solutions for the rehabilitation and biodiversity of water
resources management by improving the ecological status of the Danube-Tisa area in December 2019 as
a proposal for the 2020-2027 strategy. The aim is to expand and connect existing canals through the
Danube-Tisa catchment. The implementation of this project will provide 25 million cubic meters of
water, which will be used for the rehabilitation of the old Körös stream flowing into Lake Ludas.

implementation of the complex regional development system 6in1 EFS technological
solution The project offers the solution of 6 problems at the same time:
- Climate and water management
- Compensation for the amount of water missing in the surface layer
- Ensure irrigation of agricultural land
- Reconstruction of the habitat of bird and fish species that disappeared from the area, then
reintroduction of the species
- Restoring the natural ecosystem using native pets
- Ecotourism, (rehabilitation of saline and saline lakes around Subotica, rehabilitation of steps and
floodplains around Bezdán)
The submitted plan, within the possibilities of the KHRONOS Interest Protection Association, was
certified under LIFE 14 NAT / HU / 001272 SRB / 069 LIFE 14 ENV / HU001190 under the
number SRB / 069 as part of the climate protection program. The governing body of the LIFE
European Resource Center has included it in their strategic proposal for 2020-2027, in the plan
for the EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2030, which entered into force on 20 May 2020.
Since 2010, the governing body of the Road of LIGHT (old SILK Road) has been
interested in the EFS system forming self-sustaining oases at the possible locations of
the Road of Light (Old Silk Road) to be reorganized. (The “Road of Light” proposed
according to the EFS system 2015, Green Road of LIGHT: USA Colorado, (China) TAO Shrine

an internationally accepted hub.
We intend to establish a cooperative relationship using the EFS system as a HUB point in Jinan,
China. Subotica HUB - a hub station that crosses the “Road of LIGHT” on the south-north of
Thessaloniki - Norway.
This will make it possible to connect Jinan - Subotica, ie the East-West axis, and to create
junctions. Within this, TRANSFER flights provide the fastest direct import connection for full
(FCL) and group container (LCL) shipments along the Road of LIGHT to Central Asia-Central
Europe as well as Southeast Europe.
Within the framework of Shandong - Hungary - Serbia cooperation.

President Barack Obama.
Since 2018, EFS technology has been officially launched in Haiti Caribbean, Zimbabwe Africa, Serbia
EU Subotica through the Green City.
The EFS - Energy Farm System, which was established during 25 years of technological development,
is accredited in 40 countries of the United Nations. The EFS system is the work of the engineering team
of the Product Areas Cluster organization, which received bids from all over the world for the use of the
latest patented technologies between 2008 and 2018.

Thus, more than ten thousand solution models of different technologies of the circular
economy were analyzed by the operational staff of the EFS system, which consists of 30 people
(engineers, researchers, energy, environmental, water, landscape architects, biologists, economic
development experts, economists) and analyzed, so that in the end a hundred were selected as the best
solution to our needs. This is the intellectual property of EFS - Energy Farm System Product Areas
