What Should I Look for When Choosing a Maintenance Group?
Every property is different, and so is its maintenance cycle. When considering a
new group to manage your territory, there are four primary factors that should stay
top of mind.
The first thing to keep in mind is level of experience. Does the manager have
enough experience to handle your property’s needs? In addition, have they
worked in territories that are similar to yours? If they have experience handling
small residential projects, they are likely not prepared to take on a commercial or
municipal project. If they typically work in landscape, they are likely not equipped
to work in construction. By dissecting the experience, you can determine who is
