FUNCTIONAL
• The fifth section of the Bootycamp pop-up
installation needs to answer the question: ‘My
discharge looks funky, is that normal?’ This
needs to be done in a visual, tangible, and fun
way.
• This section of the base must provide The
Exploring Bloomer with accurate and real
information about vaginal discharge, for the
purpose of education.
• An abstract installation of different kinds of
‘’discharge’’ visualizes how diverse a woman’s
discharge can be. Connected are 4 headphones
with information about vaginal discharge and
how to check. The information will be given by a
professional, in a fun and bubbly way.
EMOTIONAL
• The section ‘My discharge looks funky, is
that normal?’, Needs to create normalization
concerning the subject vaginal discharge and
by that build recognition and empowerment
amongst young women.
• The Exploring Bloomer is informed, and with
that reassured and educated about the topic of
vaginal discharge.
• The section needs to inspire young women to
#daretoask their own ‘’awkward’’ sex questions
to normalize talking about vaginal discharge,
hygiene, and the female body to break the taboo.
• The Bits Bootycamps wants The Exploring
Bloomer to feel heard and seen.
• The visitors need to experience fun and
openness while being educated on the topic of
female sexuality and pleasure.
