This will be Mahindra Lifespaces' second development, and it will be called Mahindra Eden. It will be built

off Kanakapura Road. They intend to introduce their new property in south Bangalore after the success of

the Mahindra Windchimes on Bannerghatta Road. More updates have been made to this project than to

Mahindra windchimes. The project has an 8-acre plot of land, and 2 towers—tower 1 is referred to as phase

1 and tower 2 as phase 2—are being built. Each tower has G+28 floors, which will house 1, 2, 3, and 3.5

bhk—for a total of 528 apartments. Within 4 years after the project's start, it is finished.
