National Smaller Housing Associations' Conference and Exhibition brochure

Smaller Housing Associations' Conference and Exhibition 2022 is a virtual conference taking place on Tuesday 6 December. Over the last few years, smaller housing associations have worked tirelessly to remain resilient and support their residents in uncertain and challenging times. With the cost of living crisis being exacerbated by rising global costs and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, residents on very low incomes are likely to see the largest fall in living standards since records began. With many competing demands on business plans such as net zero carbon, building safety, development and growth, smaller housing associations need to continue to innovate to help navigate the challenging times ahead. More than ever, the sector needs to work together and build partnerships to continue to provide fundamental support and services for their communities. This year’s Smaller Housing Associations’ Conference and Exhibition is a timely opportunity for us to reflect on how to drive our shared agenda forward. The programme covers a range of topical subjects from high-profile speakers, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, share, debate and network. It has been designed to equip you for the year ahead, no matter what comes next.

Working together
Topic highlights
to support our communities.
Over the last few years, smaller housing associations have
worked tirelessly to remain resilient and support their residents in
uncertain and challenging times.
With the cost of living crisis being exacerbated by rising global costs, residents
on very low incomes are likely to see the largest fall in living standards since
records began. With many competing demands on business plans such as repairs
and maintenance, decarbonisation, building and fire safety and supply, smaller
housing associations need to continue to innovate to help navigate the challenging
times ahead.
More than ever, the sector needs to work together and build partnerships to
continue to provide fundamental support and services for our communities.
This year’s Smaller Housing Associations’ Conference and Exhibition is a timely
opportunity for us to reflect on how to drive our shared agenda forward.
The programme covers a range of topical subjects delivered by high-profile
speakers, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, share, debate and network. It
has been designed to equip you for the year ahead, no matter what comes next.
