YOU NEED IT
To support your wellbeing, you will discover plenty of
ways to establish a healthy study/life balance.
Alongside your tutor and subject teachers, wider
pastoral care will be on-hand – should you need it –
including access to our nurses and counsellor.
You will find plenty of ways to get active – from
yoga or working-out in our dedicated, on-site gym
or weights room, to competitive sport. There is
something to suit all ability levels and interests.
Life in the Sixth is full of co-curricular activities, social
events, international trips, fundraisers and more,
offering plenty of ways to create opportunities, build
friendships and share experiences.
Making the leap to A Level study is a big step.
When guidance is needed along the way, our support
is outstanding.
Regular meetings with your
tutor will help you to review
academic progress, identify
any matters arising and
consider your wider goals.
Your subject teachers will
set engaging, meaningful
tasks for homework,
which hone self-study
skills and deepen subject
knowledge, understanding
and application. Available
before and after lessons, as
well as during breaks and
study periods, each teacher
will support you in reaching
your potential.
All tutors and subject

department on how best to
support students.
