Richard Young shows us what’s in his camera bag, and 17-year-old Callum Connell inspires us to get creative with our landscape photography through digital manipulation. Along with your favourite regular features, Shelly Linehan tells us how she started her photography business whilst working full-time as a veterinary nurse - hint; run your race and remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day! Susan Blick shows us the city she is now calling home; Saigon in Vietnam, and Shelley Harvey is back with the second article in her portrait series, discussing what it takes to create a compelling portrait from start to finish. She is also a keen fine art photographer, and has used her work to raise awareness and money for conservation. She is a keen advocate of the movement #photographyforgood and encouraging teen photographers to find their voice using a lens. Susan Blick Susan Blick is an awardwinning landscape and travel photographer, plus travel vlogger and writer from Australia and New Zealand. Susan was New Zealand Geographic’s Landscape Photographer of the Year in 2015. She is currently based in Vietnam and runs international photo tours. Shelley Harvey Shelley Harvey is a creative photographer based in Twizel. A fully trained hair & makeup artist, she has been involved in photography for the last 8 years. Over this time, she has won many awards nationally and internationally. She is also the Country Membership Director for the Photographic Society of America, helping to expand the Society throughout New Zealand. All rights reserved.
