ISP under CMIASP, particularly, the program review, planning and
budgeting
� DOA\PIU to develop the training materials for the farmers, and in
particular, for the development of irrigated agriculture training materials
for the farming community level agriculture assistants ( local agriculture
extensionist) from among the leaders farmers of the ISP , mobilised by
WUA in a sustainable way in the command area.

construction/rehabilitation process. DADO will continue to assist farmers of
the command area rendering the agriculture services and conducting the
agriculture activities/program planned and agreed (agriculture-SIP ie ADP)
with the WUA and reporting to DOA\PIU.

O&M and agriculture and social development, the responsibility of :
� DADO to conduct the agriculture program/activities as depicted in ADP
agreed and endorsed by WUA and reporting to DOA\PIU
� RAD( Eastern and Centeal Region) to organize the CMIASP progress,
planning workshop with the involvement of farmers from the ISP
� DoA\PIU to organize the interaction workshop in each region on the
CMIASP agriculture component and review and refine the ongoing
agriculture activities in the ISP command area and strengthening the
capacity building of WUA in mobilizing its trained local extentionist to
the service to the entire farming community in the command area.
� DADO to render technical and institutional support to the livelihood
enahancement program /activities for the target groups identified and
LEP developed for the implementation

development process, the further institutional support to WUA in the term of
agriculture development will be envisaged.
