ISP under CMIASP, particularly, the program review, planning and budgeting � DOA\PIU to develop the training materials for the farmers, and in particular, for the development of irrigated agriculture training materials for the farming community level agriculture assistants ( local agriculture extensionist) from among the leaders farmers of the ISP , mobilised by WUA in a sustainable way in the command area. #= l;+rfO ;+/rgf lgdf{0f M During the stage III, the subproject enters into the construction/rehabilitation process.
