<strong>Game</strong>s Festival held each year at the GDC is a great way to showcase your<br />

independent <strong>game</strong> work and have it seen by developers and publishers from<br />

around the globe.<br />

� SIGGRAPH (www.siggraph.org) The largest annual gathering of computer<br />

graphics and graphics technology companies. A great way to learn more<br />

about cutting-edge graphics technologies.<br />

� Electronic Consumer Trade Show (www.ects.com) Europe’s premier<br />

interactive industry trade show.<br />

� MILIA (www.milia.com) An international <strong>game</strong> content event held in<br />

Cannes, France.<br />

INDUSTRY MAGAZINE<br />

<strong>Game</strong> Developer magazine (www.gdmag.com) is a must read. I suggest reading<br />

the “Post-mortems” offered in every issue very carefully. There are plenty of great<br />
