The 162 investment properties are being built in the western Brandenburg district of Havelland, which has enormous economic strength and provides thousands of jobs. Many more jobs are being created due to large companies relocating there, as well as expansions. The region’s infrastructure is being modernised through the expansion of the Wustermark/Elstal railway yard. The regional express connects Elstal to Berlin’s central station in just 24 minutes.
