With the traditional enterprise Flachauerhof – built<br />
in 1967/68, acquired in 20<strong>06</strong> by the innovation<br />
engineer Wilfried Hartl jun. and developed into the<br />
first and only 4-star organic hotel in the region –<br />
we found a project that fits perfectly into the newly<br />
founded business unit ‘Vacation Properties’ at<br />
C&P, not only from an economic standpoint but<br />
also from an ethical point of view. C&P has such<br />
faith in this project that it is being included in its<br />
own range of assets. The hotel is run by Alpin<br />
Family Hotels & Residences.<br />
