Community Affairs
picnic at Kippen Sports Field where we
were joined by a number of past and
present Playgroup members and Play
Workers. It was a lovely opportunity to
look at photos from over the years, and
to share stories of everyone’s time at
Playgroup and Toddlers. The children were
kept entertained by the bouncy castle, face
painting, Annie the Alpaca, and went on a
bear hunt in the woods to find some teddy
bears enjoying their picnic.
We were also able to hold our fundraising
bottle stall, which along with donations for
face painting raised a fantastic £700 which
is an essential contribution to our running
costs. 10% of these funds raised from our
bottle stall will be donated to the over
60s Christmas Dinner. A huge thank you
to everyone who supported our efforts,
especially those who donated bottles and
helped run the stall.
We are also delighted to announce that our
Christmas Market and fundraising raffle
will return to Kippen Village Hall this year,
being held on Saturday, 26 th November
2022. Should you be interested in having
a stall at the market, please contact use
