The Compound Numbers

Now that we understand the characteristics of single whole numbers, we need

to know a little bit more about compound numbers, to determine the character

of those born after the ninth day of any month. All compound numbers

discussed here apply to the psychic numbers of those who were born on that

date. Number 11, 13, and 22 have already been discussed in detail under

number 2 and 4 respectively, since they are special numbers deserving a

separate description. We have also mentioned in passing that people born on

dates from 10 to 31 are slightly different from people who have the same

psychic number but were born on a single digit date. Now we will give a

brief description of those additional qualities found in people with compound

numbers not present in those born from the first to the ninth day of any

month. This occurs because two planetary energies in combination respond to

situations differently. The process is very similar to the conjunction of

planets, and the effect is similar.

NUMBER 10

Number 10 is a combination of 1 and 0. One is consciousness, the Sun; 0 is

infinity (Anant Tattva). The characteristics of 1 dominate number 10 because

it belongs to the series of 1, which bestows honor, faith, self-confidence, and

name and fame (good or bad) that fluctuates according to karmic law. One is
