They should thoroughly understand the nature of projects before undertaking
them. They should carefully judge the positive and negative aspects of these
jobs, evaluate the time and labor they have to put into them, and then accept
them.
They should not waste their energies on undertakings that are beyond their

of thinking. They should not speak disparagingly about the cultures from
which they come.
They should work independently, try to become self-supporting, and not
