WHO FINDS INSPIRATION 

AND SELF-DISCOVERY IN 

PORNOGRAPHY 

Rick Sindt was born in Hastings, 

Minnesota. He moved to Chicago and 

attended North Park University and 

graduated with a degree in visual arts 

magna cum laude. As a gay person 

questioning his role in society and life in 

general he uses his artistic creativity to 

help answer these questions for himself 

and at the same time may answer some 

questions for others viewing his art.

For me, self-discovery was found 

through the viewing of pornography. 

I found the intimacy I desired within 

the taboo, my identity revealed to me 

through cultural artifacts deemed to 

be smut. For myself, and others in the 

queer community, this smut becomes 

sacred. Pornography is a gateway 

for curiosity, a seedling of desire, and 

a teacher who makes these acts 

permissible. Pornography provides a

Festival at Rancho Mirage Rotary Club

Peacemaker Corps Foundation, will be 

delivering a special heartfelt message about 

the 2022 PSGFF Film Festival to the Rancho 

Mirage Rotary Club. The Film Festival is 

designed to promote World Peace through the 

eyes of the world’s youth and this year we will 

include films from Ukrainian youth who have 

experienced terror first-hand.

initiative, PSGFF - is an NGO affiliated with the 

United Nations - They work closely with the UN 

and are supported by UN agencies, and have a 

long relationship with them.

voices and stories of both World Youth and also 

Ukrainian youth made homeless by war are 

heard. It’s critical for these youngsters, who are 

now going through such terror, to be able to 

express their feelings, to have someone listen 

to them, and to feel some control over their 

situation. 

The Peacemakers Corps Annual Peace in the 

Streets Global Film Festival (PSGFF) will allow 

all youth to interact with people all over the 

world. They provide them with a platform 

from which they may express themselves and 

advocate for their own interests. 

Today, more than ever, young people, 

especially from Ukraine need to be able to 

express their emotions, aspirations, and futures 

in short films. PSGFF is a one-of-a-kind venue 

for the world to see this. 

As an NGO partner with the UN, we are allowed 

to broadcast our PSGFF award ceremony live 

worldwide on UN WebTV and continue to offer

in allowing this gross abuse of taxpayer 

funding to place children in a sexualized 

environment. 

U.S. military installations exist to 

serve the needs of the warfighter for 

training, logistics, storage, testing, 

and deployment. Simultaneously, 

the installation must also support the 

needs of servicemembers and their 

families, including creating a safe, 

healthy environment for parents raising 

children. This is why installations often 

include commissaries, pharmacies, 

schools, and libraries. On installations 

outside the continental United States 

(OCONUS), these amenities play an 

even more central role in the life of our 

servicemembers and their families. 

Frequently, servicemembers do not 

have options available outside OCONUS 

installations due to language and 

logistical barriers.

This is not the first time this library has 

done an event of this type, evidently 

having hosted a similar one for children 

last June. How many instances of events 

involving drag queens spending time 

around children have occurred at 

government sponsored events on U.S. 

military installations both OCONUS and 

in the United States? 

How much U.S. taxpayer funding 

has gone to cover salaries, utilities, 

materials, transportation, and other costs 

associated with these events? 

Do you and President Biden believe the 

proper role of the U.S. Department of 

Defense is to facilitate extraordinarily 

divisive events involving the children of 

U.S. servicemembers? 

In light of this, it is completely insane 

for Ramstein AFB to use on-installation 

resources for rituals like “Drag Queen 

Story Time.” These inappropriate events 

are extremely divisive at home for good 

reason; in all cases, they place young 

children in close proximity with adults 

who are intentionally and explicitly 

sexualized. A flyer for the similar event 

last year highlighted the apparent 

inclusion of a controversial book, The 

Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish,

Palm Canyon Theatre (PCT) is presenting 

its 26th annual Summer Kids Camp, 

June 13-July 23. More than a dozen 

theatre professionals will mentor kids in 

performing and stagecraft. The camp 

includes instruction in acting, singing, 

dancing, makeup, set design, props, 

costuming, stage combat, improv and 

more. Campers will learn skills that will 

help them prepare for auditions and 

improve their self-esteem for school 

presentations. 

PCT offers its Summer Kids Camp for 

young artists, ages 6-17-years-old, for six

This Pride, Mr. Man is pitting the top 

streaming services up against one 

another to determine which network is 

the gayest with the best male nudity. 

Their editorial team had the laborious 

task of combing through all of the 

content on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, 

Showtime, and Prime Video to find their 

gayest titles. They then went even 

further, counting the number of intimate 

gay scenes within each title! Results 

for “Mr. Man’s Battle of the Streaming 

Services” were broken down into four 

categories: the series with the Most 

Gay Scenes, those with the Most Nude 

Scenes, and those with the Most Full 

Frontal and the Most Butt Scenes.

Netflix wins the Most Gay Scenes 

category. 

HBO comes in second place with 128 

gay scenes, 17 of which come from 

Looking, the HBO series starring 

Jonathan Groff and Russell Tovey. 

In the Most Nude Scenes category, 

Netflix once again dominates but 

HBO comes a close second thanks to 

Oz, their series about inmates and 

correctional officers battling for power 

and survival. 

The one category HBO leads in “Mr. Man’s 

Battle of the Streaming Services” is in Most 

Full Frontal Scenes, also, in large part, due 

to Oz. 

Showtime, the network that introduced 

Queer as Folk to the world, ranks as the #3 

streaming service in all categories in the 

battle. Prime Video and Hulu consistently 

rank at the bottom but special recognition 

goes to Hulu for scoring big in gay hearts 

with its two endearing series, Love Victor 

and Normal People.
