Inform Advisor concisely prioritizes and displays information and
recommended actions to empower your staff to make better decisions
and take quicker action. Intellisense reduces the number of keystrokes
required for users to take action, so call-takers can retrieve
more accurate addresses and execute command line functions faster.
While Inform CAD supports large geographic datasets required
for multi-jurisdictional operations, by focusing street finder results
within their specific search areas call-takers retrieve more accurate
addresses faster.
Integrated Mapping with Live Routing for Quick Response
Geo, the integrated mapping component of Inform CAD, leverages
standard ESRI GIS navigational tools and data types with Inform
CAD’s SQL real-time database. Users can graphically view incident,
unit and routing information, and Geo supports aerial ortho layers
for a visually accurate view of response areas and environments.

Inform CAD employs Quickest Path Dispatch with Live
Routing, which analyzes the street network and assesses
the drive time of each of the appropriate units from their
current location to determine the closest unit to respond.
With the Live Routing capabilities, agencies can perform
real-time street updates and information to ensure that
units travel along the fastest route to the incident.

Dynamic Unit Recommendations

Response Plan Manager accommodates
recommendations for substitutions,
