• Fibroadenoma

• Cystosarcoma phyllodes

• Metaplastic carcinoma

Lipoma

Clinical Features

• Lipomas in the breast are usually subcutaneous and occur

most commonly in patients between the ages of 40 and

60 years.

• The patients usually present with a slow-growing soft,

solitary mass.

• Lipomas are well circumscribed, sometimes encapsulated,

round masses usually less than 5 cm in diameter.
