this case illustrates markedly enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei

imparting a crowded look to the cellular fragment. The fragment

still depicts a cohesive architecture with lack of individually dispersed

epithelial cells. Although the cytologic features are worrisome,

the follow-up revealed multifocal atypical ductal hyperplasia.
