Desing
Introduction
We have based this project in a partial
refurbishment , meaning only furniture and
decor iems replaced.
Our starting point was the look from unit n.12
as per picture beside.
Walls will remain in white and therefore we
will add colour in a big canvas over the sofa
bed rather than black wooden panels.
the other big change is that we will replace
the puff for a second armchair and these will
be the model of he standard current units.

Dining tables in the two bedroomed apartment will be of
180x90cm. They will both will be made of wood veneer in
the same finish as n.12 with a black iron structure.
Sideboard will vary in size depending on the position of
the fireplaces. In some cases sideboard and tv trolley will
be one only piece.
Tv trolley will be made in a wooden black finished tint.

FURNITURE
Bedside tables, chest of drawers and bed stool
Bedside tables will be the same as the existing ones in
n.12 but in a veneer finish for master bedrooms.
Chest of drawers will be matching.. In those two
bedroomed apartments where master bedrooms are
on the top floor, we will use shiffonier unit.
Second bedroom furniture in a light wood modular
style.
HEADBOARDS & BED STOOL
Upholstered headboards
Where the space is available, we will add a bed stool at the foot
of the bed.
Headboards will be upholstered in a vynil finish with a linen
texture.

Materials
Entrance console pieces will be
matching the lounge furniture with
the same texture and colour.

Sofa material: combines a natural look with excellent technical
performances. 100% polyptopylene, high resistance to colour fading
and pilling, specially thought for sunny indoor areas.

Headboard materials: vynil with backing of polyester. Easy to clean,
linen texture.
Rugs for exterior use, all weather resistance, 100% polipropilene.
Weaven material looking like a natural fiber.
Throws and cushions: mix of aqua marina colours with sand colours.
All 100% polyester, easy to clean.
